The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logged on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
TabbyPro offers optional paid memberships that provide access to enhanced digital tools and features. Memberships are purchased and managed through BuyMeACoffee, which handles subscription setup and customer account administration. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. TabbyPro does not store or handle your card details.
Any changes to your membership—including cancelling, updating billing information, or managing renewals—must be completed directly through your BuyMeACoffee account. TabbyPro cannot modify or cancel recurring payments on your behalf.
Memberships renew automatically according to your BuyMeACoffee subscription settings unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancelling does not entitle you to a prorated refund for any unused portion of that period.
Because access to TabbyPro’s digital services is provided immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that any applicable statutory cooling-off period may be waived once access begins. For this reason, refunds are generally not offered after membership features have been activated.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund—such as in cases of accidental duplicate payments or significant technical issues preventing reasonable use of the service—you must contact us directly. Refunds may be issued at our discretion through either BuyMeACoffee or Stripe, depending on the original payment route and technical requirements of each platform.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your TabbyPro account while the matter is reviewed. Chargebacks also incur administrative fees, which we reserve the right to recover where appropriate.
By subscribing to TabbyPro through BuyMeACoffee, you agree to these membership, cancellation, and refund terms.
